Caserío Pikamendi stands as a testament to timeless Basque architecture, constructed from stone and wood over two centuries ago. Originally serving as a traditional farmhouse, it was thoughtfully transformed in the 1990s into the luxurious guesthouse it is today. Encompassing 8 hectares of lush land and encircled by “Txakoli” vineyards, the estate provides a serene sanctuary with sweeping views of the Cantabrian Sea.

Caserío Pikamendi is designed to lodge a maximum of twelve people divided into six rooms distributed between the first and second floors of the main building. Every room in the Caserío is unique. There are two complete suites, two twin bedrooms, one triple room and one queen size bedroom, each of them equipped with an ensuite bathroom. Mattresses and linen have been carefully chosen. Al the rooms have TV, internet and free wifi for our guests.

The Caserio
On the ground floor of the house, the guests will find the dinning-room. There are two living-room areas; one with a library and another with a chimney, which is ideal for the afternoon tea. There is also a veranda overlooking the ocean as well as an indoor dining-room perfect to enjoy any meal.
Further down the garden, the Caserío has a swimming pool and a gym for those that want to have a relaxing swim or do some exercise while enjoying the extraordinary views. On the northeast facing section of the Caserío, there is a barbecue area adjacent to a second dining and TV room to be used during the spring and summer months, but only if you have rented de whole Caserío and always if a staff of the Caserío is present.
